Tom Grice currently serves as Vice President Corporate Real Estate and Facilities at CREF (2019–Present). In this role, he manages real estate portfolio optimization, facilities integration, and performance for healthcare systems.
His prior positions include Director of Facilities and Safety Health Care at Nemours Children's Health (2008–2019), overseeing facilities operations, budgeting, compliance, and project management across multiple states, and Director of Facilities Services, Planning, and Construction at AdventHealth Orlando (2005–2008), directing operations, design, and construction.
Tom holds a Master of Science in Facilities Management (MSFM) from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from University of Central Florida. He is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) and holds the Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP) credential.
Tom's extensive experience in healthcare facilities leadership and real estate management positions him to contribute insights to Healthcare Facilities Network on addressing the aging crisis in employees, buildings, and infrastructure.
