Stephen currently serves as Vice President of Planning and Design at CREF (June 2018–Present). In this role, he manages aspects of real estate services, leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize client-focused healthcare environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
His education includes a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design (1979–1982) and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University (1969–1973).
Stephen's expertise in healthcare facility planning and design, including his involvement with the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE), positions him to contribute insights to Healthcare Facilities Network discussions on the aging crisis in employees, buildings, and infrastructure.
