Amanda Berlinger currently serves as System Manager for Facilities CMMS Programs at CommonSpirit Health. In this role, she manages the selection, implementation, and ongoing operation of CMMS platforms that support preventive maintenance, work-order tracking, and asset management for one of the country’s largest health systems.
Prior to this position, Amanda worked as Facilities Management Operations Analyst at St. Luke’s Health (2023), Environmental Safety Officer at Logan Health in Montana (2021–2023), and Environmental Health Safety Coordinator at Kalispell Regional Healthcare (2017–2021).
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection, Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Eastern Kentucky University (2017–2021) and has earned Lean Six Sigma Foundations credentials.
Her hands-on experience with CMMS deployment and healthcare facility safety directly informs her contributions to Healthcare Facilities Network discussions on aging infrastructure, workforce efficiency, and technology-driven maintenance solutions.
