As a Sr. Director of Customer Education & Success, David is dedicated to bridging the gap between innovative technology and the "unsung heroes" of the built environment. His work centers on empowering facilities teams across hospitals, universities, K-12 districts, and stadiums to move beyond legacy paper-based workflows and embrace a digital-first future.

His role extends beyond internal leadership into industry-wide advocacy. As the host of Facility Voices, he has recorded over 100 episodes interviewing facilities management leaders to share real-world stories of leadership, mentorship, and operational grit. By combining SaaS expertise with a deep respect for the people who keep our buildings running, he helps organizations drive efficiency, reduce risk, and secure their operational future.
