Prior to joining the Cref team, served for 10+ years as partner and president of Gosselin/Martin Associates. Gosselin/Martin provided recruiting services, talent development, and strategic counsel to hundreds of hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. We also developed and delivered robust soft skill education programs and launched the Healthcare Facilities Network, a YouTube channel dedicated to elevating industry best practices and strategies for maximizing facilities management.
